Welcome to Tinker Federal Credit Union ("TFCU") online services. The next few screens contain applicable agreements and disclosures to access TFCU online financial services, including Home Branch, Home Branch Mobile, Command Center, BillPay Online, Account-to-Account Transfers, Voice-Enabled Device Services, Financial Manager Services, online chats, online transactions, and other online services TFCU offers, which may be updated from time to time. Please read the following carefully and print and/or retain a copy of this document for your records.
Upon enrollment completion and/or acceptance of these terms, you can get started right away. In addition, you can call for automated account information through the TFCU Command Center. You will need your secure personal identification number ("PIN") to use the Command Center. To talk to a communication center representative or to get your secure PIN you can contact TFCU’s Communications Center at (405) 732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828. If you are a returning online user, you may need to reaffirm your consent and acceptance of this E-Sign Consent and applicable Disclosures (defined below), which TFCU may push out from time to time. TFCU may update, modify, or change its Disclosures, agreements, and documentation from time to time and your continued use of the applicable online services indicate your ongoing consent and acceptance to such updates, modifications, or changes. Please note that not all online services offered by TFCU are available through the Home Branch Mobile application; some limitations may apply.
THIS DOCUMENT IS A MEMBER E-SIGN CONSENT TO ACCEPT ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF APPLICABLE DISCLOSURES AND AGREEMENTS UNDER THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT (E-SIGN) AND TO CONDUCT TRANSACTIONS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS E-SIGN CONSENT YOU SHOULD NOT ENROLL OR USE TFCU ONLINE SERVICES. YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THIS E-SIGN CONSENT AND OTHER APPLICABLE DISCLOSURES, NOTICES, AND AGREEMENTS FROM TFCU ARE YOUR AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO ALL APPLICABLE TERMS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF TFCU ONLINE SERVICES.
E-SIGN Disclosure, Consent, and Agreement ("E-Sign Consent"):
Definitions. For purposes of this E-Sign Consent the identified words below shall have the defined meaning provided and any other capitalized terms used in this E-Sign Consent or elsewhere in applicable Disclosures and agreements shall have the meaning provided in the applicable document or as may otherwise be provided herein.
- The word "A2A" refers to external ACH account-to-account transfers between your TFCU account(s) and other financial institution accounts.
- The word "Disclosure" refers to all of your online financial service agreements and disclosures for and including Home Branch, Home Branch Mobile, Command Center, BillPay Online, ACH Account-to-Account, Voice-Enabled Device Services, Financial Manager Services, online chats, any online transactions, and any and all other service agreements and/or disclosures for your accounts and services, which TFCU may provide electronically through this E-Sign Consent.
- The word "Mobile" refers to our Home Branch Mobile application for personal and mobile phones, tablets, and other devices.
- The words "you" and "your" refer to you, the member of TFCU, the person accepting this E-Sign Consent agreement and any other person you authorize to use TFCU online services in connection with your account.
- The words "we," "us," and "our" mean TFCU and its applicable service providers, affiliates, providers, and partners.
- The word "TFCU" means Tinker Federal Credit Union.
Consent to Receive Disclosures Electronically and to Conduct Transactions by Electronic Means. By clicking the "Accept" option below, you are agreeing to, accepting, and submitting an application for and are agreeing to our electronic communications (i.e., regulatory and legal notices) and online services and applicable Disclosures with your use of the various online services. This E-Sign Consent document informs you of your rights when receiving legally required disclosures from us. By clicking the acceptance and consent box below, you are applying for and/or agreeing to online services with us and you acknowledge receipt of this document and affirmatively consent to the electronic delivery of Disclosures. You are not obligated to use the electronic / online services; however, if you do use any of the electronic / online services, then you are bound by all applicable terms, conditions, and disclosures related to the applicable electronic / online service. You also agree to receive any other Disclosures for services and communications or otherwise online when we elect to make them available in electronic format. You understand and agree that we may modify, update, or change the Disclosures at any time and that your continued use of the services for which the Disclosures apply indicate your consent to the Disclosures as revised.
Requesting a Paper Copy of Disclosures. Disclosures relating to your application for online services or otherwise regarding your account and TFCU services will be provided electronically through us and will be provided in a printable format for your convenience. You should test your ability to receive online communications from us to ensure receipt and also retain a copy (and/or print a copy, if necessary) of all Disclosures for your ongoing reference and use. By agreeing to these Disclosures, you represent that you are able and have the capability to view and download the applicable Disclosures. If you wish to obtain a paper copy of any Disclosure, you may write to us at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, contact our Communications Center at (405) 732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828, or visit a TFCU branch. Paper copies of Disclosures will be provided to you at no charge upon your request.
Right to Withdraw Consent. You may terminate this E-Sign Consent and/or withdraw your consent to receive electronic Disclosures at any time by writing to us at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, emailing us at email@example.com, contacting our Communications Center at (405) 732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828, or by visiting a TFCU branch.
Hardware and Software Requirements. To receive and view the Disclosures electronically, there are minimum requirements required by your operating system(s) and device(s), which you are responsible for obtaining at your own cost and expense. You must have a current, secure, and updated Internet web-browser; an Internet service provider; functioning and compatible operating system and hardware; hardware capable of running the software on which the Disclosures and services are provided; the software in which the Disclosures are formatted and capable of viewing; and a printer to print your Disclosures or the ability to store (save) your Disclosures electronically to your computer or other device. Some areas of the TFCU website may require the use of Adobe Flash, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or other viewable software. As technology advances, we may change the hardware or software requirements to communicate electronically with you and if our change materially affects your ability to access or receive communications electronically, we will notify you of the changes and provide you with a statement of your right to withdraw consent. You will also be required to select and maintain a secure user identification, secure PIN, select user security questions and authentication, and/or a password to access the online services and Disclosures, which TFCU may change from time to time to protect your information. Your secure credentials and authentication information should safeguarded and protected against unauthorized use and access. You should not share or allow access to your secure credentials and authentication information with any unauthorized persons. If you have questions regarding the minimum hardware or software requirements required to access and view the Disclosures, please contact our Communications Center at (405) 732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828.
Change of Email Address. You are required to keep us informed of any change in your electronic mail address (email) and other contact information to ensure that you continue to receive necessary communications and Disclosures. You may change your email address and other contact information by writing to TFCU at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, contacting Communications Center at (405) 732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828, visiting a TFCU branch, or through TFCU's online services (i.e. Home Branch). In Home Branch, you can go to settings and go to "Your Profile Information". This contains an option to change your email address and other contact information. You must give us at least five (5) business days to process your request for changes to be effective.
Your Ability to Access Disclosures. By completing, accepting, and submitting your application, request, and/or consent you acknowledge and confirm that you can receive, access, and view the electronic Disclosures in the designated formats with the ability to print or store such Disclosures. (Make sure you test your ability to receive online communications from us to ensure receipt of important updates, communication, and disclosures).
