Welcome to Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) online services. The next two screens will provide all the agreements you need to get started with Home Branch, Home Branch Mobile, Command Center, BillPay Online, and Account-to-Account Transfers.

Once you have completed your enrollment in Home Branch, you can get started right away. Or, to call for automated account information on Command Center, simply talk to a member service representative to get your secure PIN.


MEMBER CONSENT TO ACCEPT ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF DISCLOSURES UNDER THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT (E-SIGN) AND TO CONDUCT TRANSACTIONS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS

E-SIGN Consent:

Definitions. In this Agreement, the word "Disclosure" refers to your Home Branch, Home Branch Mobile, Command Center, BillPay Online, and ACH Account-to-Account agreements and disclosures and any other disclosures that we would normally provide to you in a written form that you retain. The word "A2A" refers hereafter to external ACH account-to-account transfers between your current TFCU accounts and other financial institution accounts. The word "Mobile" refers to our Home Branch Mobile application for mobile devices such as iPhones. The words "you" and "your" refer to you, the Member of TFCU. The words "we," "us," and "our" mean TFCU.

Consent to Receive Disclosures Electronically and to Conduct Transactions by Electronic Means. You are submitting an application for our Home Branch, Mobile, Command Center, BillPay Online, and A2A services. This document informs you of your rights when receiving legally required disclosures from us. By applying for Home Branch, Mobile, Command Center, BillPay Online, and A2A through us, and by checking the E-SIGN Consent box below, you acknowledge receipt of this document and consent to the electronic delivery of Disclosures. You also agree to receive other disclosures online when we elect to make them available in electronic format. The following electronic disclosures include the terms and conditions of your Home Branch and Command Center, Mobile, BillPay Online, and A2A services.

Requesting a Paper Copy of Disclosures. Any disclosures relating to your application for Home Branch, Mobile, Command Center, BillPay Online, and A2A will be provided electronically through us and will be provided in a printable format for your convenience. However, if you wish to obtain a paper copy of any disclosure, you may write to us at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, e-mail us at memberservices@tinkerfcu.org, contact our Member Service Center at (405) 732-0324, ext. 2255 or 1-800-456-4828, ext. 2255, or visit a local TFCU branch. Paper copies will be provided to you at no charge.

Right to Withdraw Consent. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by writing to us at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, e-mailing us at memberservices@tinkerfcu.org, contacting our Member Service Center at (405) 732-0324, ext. 2255 or 1-800-456-4828, ext. 2255, or by visiting a local TFCU branch. There are no fees for requesting to withdraw your consent for electronic disclosures.

Hardware and Software Requirements. The minimum requirements to view your disclosures electronically are any of the two most recent versions of the following Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome; hardware capable of running this software; and a printer to print your disclosures, or the ability to store (save) your disclosures electronically to your computer. Some areas of the site may require the use of Adobe Flash or Adobe Acrobat Reader. If we change the hardware or software to communicate electronically with you and our change materially affects your ability to access or receive communications electronically, we will notify you of the changes and provide you with a statement of your right to withdraw consent.

Change of E-mail Address. Please keep us informed of any change in your electronic mailing address. You may change your e-mail address by writing to TFCU at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, contacting Member Services at (405) 732-0324, ext. 2255 or 1-800-456-4828, ext. 2255, visiting a local TFCU branch, or through TFCU's Home Branch. In Home Branch, go to the "My Profile" screen and click "User Profile." The option to change your e-mail address will appear here.

Your Ability to Access Disclosures. By completing and submitting your request, you acknowledge that you can access the electronic disclosures in the designated formats described above.
